Every highly functioning organization has figured out how to do the following three things well. #1. Treat their customers with Dignity, Equality and Respect. #2. Treat their staff with the same Dignity, Equality and Respect they extend to their customers. #3. Create a culture that protects the emotional and physical safety of both customers and staff. Participants will learn how to apply 12 Montessori principles to improve the interactions staff have with their customers, improve the relationships leaders have with their front line employees and how to tie it all together by creating an environment where everyone can function at their highest levels because they feel safe both emotionally and physically.
